University of Maryland Episcopal Chaplaincy

The “Episcopal Terps” is the Episcopal student organization at the University of Maryland in College Park, sponsored through a partnership between St. Andrew’s and the Episcopal Diocese of Washington.  The Episcopal Terps motto is “Seek Christ. Love your neighbor. Strive for justice.” We live that out in our life together as a community through gathering for prayer and discussions, serving others, and advocating for justice for all God’s people. The Rev. Kristen Tossell Pitts serves as both the associate rector of St. Andrew’s and as the Episcopal/Anglican chaplain to the University of Maryland community.  To learn more about the Episcopal Terps, please visit our webpage. You may also reach out to the Episcopal Terps by completing the contact form or by email.
